The Contractor of the Year (coty) award are given out each year by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) to contractors who demonstrate a commitment to both quality and customer service through outstanding remodeling projects.
2008 Contractor of the Year Awards
Residential Addition under $100,000
The Taylor family dreamed of having an outdoor space which included the luxuries an indoors living space. Our design teamed came up with a space that included ceiling fans for the summer and a fire place for crisp nights; along a built-in sound system and a plasma TV.

Residential Kitchen over $100,000
After years of working in a cramped kitchen Rachael Foster decided it was time for a change. Our design/build team transformed the awkward space into the luxurious but functional kitchen Rachael always dreamed of having.
Entire House $500,001 to $1,000,000
The Braswell’s ranch home was on an amazing lot but the house itself needed major work. Instead of pouring money into the old house everything was demolished except the foundation. We were able to build a beautiful modern home on the existing footprint.
Commercial Interior
Front Page News in Atlanta needed to transform its interior from an industrial space in to a New Orleans bar and grill. Our team was able to re-create the space in only 7 days, minimizing the loses Front Page New incurred being closed.
Guild Quality: Guildmaster Awards
The Guildmaster Award is given to building, remodeling, contracting and real estate proffesionals who consistantly demonstrate superioir customer service.
On average the recomendation rate in the remodeling industry is 70%, to receive a Guildmaster Award a company must achieve a minimum recomendation rate of 90%.
